Once you place your order, we create your unique book within 24 to 48 hours. After that, printing takes another 1 to 2 business days. Your book ships as soon as it rolls off the press.
With Priority delivery, you receive an email with your tracking number the moment your package leaves the facility, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Economy delivery ships without guaranteed tracking.

Shipping to this region costs more, so 2-book orders receive a reduced Economy rate rather than free Economy shipping. Tracked Priority delivery is available for this region.

Orders containing 2 or more books qualify for free Economy shipping to most destinations. No promo code needed, the discount applies automatically at checkout. For a few distant destinations such as Japan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, 2-book orders receive a reduced Economy rate rather than free shipping. Priority delivery remains available for a surcharge.
Priority delivery is available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts. It ships with a tracked carrier so you can follow your parcel to the door, and typically arrives in 5 to 9 business days.
Priority delivery includes a tracking number sent to your email as soon as the package ships. Economy delivery is shipped on a best-effort basis without guaranteed tracking. You can always check your order status from your account dashboard.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will investigate immediately and, if needed, reprint and reship at no extra cost.
Your book arrives in a sturdy, custom-designed mailer that protects it during transit. We use recycled cardboard and minimal plastic, because a children's book about adventure should not come wrapped in waste.
