A book for a great love story.

Two audiences, in roughly equal share. Couples who want to give themselves a gift, or offer one to their partner, for any occasion: Valentine's Day, a birthday, a wedding anniversary. And adult children or close friends looking for an original gift for the couple's parents, a gift that actually speaks of them, that tells their love story, and that gets pulled out again on every following occasion. The book is composed from your memories (or those you gather from the parents) in about fifteen minutes.

It's the same product, in two different demonstration versions. Juliana & Alfred is a recent couple, who met in 2022, no children yet: the demonstration speaks to younger couples wanting to immortalize a fresh story. Eva & Daniel (the page you are reading) is a mature couple, married since 1996, three children, an anniversary trip to the Maldives: the demonstration speaks to silver, gold and beyond wedding anniversaries, as well as to adult children looking for a parent gift. You can of course use this book for any story, the composition process is identical.

The trap, at a certain age, is to fall into the bouquet or the restaurant voucher. A personalized book is the exception: it tells precisely their story, their places, their meetings, their trips, their children. No brother, no sister, no relative can give the same one twice. It's also the only gift they put back on the coffee table and reopen at every anniversary that follows.

You have two options. First option, you gather the key information beforehand (meeting date, place, key milestones, photos) discreetly from your parents (or their entourage): thirty minutes on the phone is usually enough. Anything that feels important to the story: first names, date and place of the meeting, the milestones that mattered (first date, first trip, proposal, wedding, births, moves, anniversary trips), the anecdotes that belong only to the couple, the phrases you want to keep, and one or more photos of the couple to compose the watercolor portraits. The more you tell, the more the book becomes theirs, the one they reread for years, where memories become indelible.

Yes, of course. They are an integral part of a love story that lasts. Léa, Marc and Paul appear in Eva & Daniel's book at their birth, and return on the pages that look like them. If you give the book to your parents, you can also include grandchildren: they get their watercolor portrait in the book, which often makes it the most moving gift.

Everything stays editable after the order, the text as well as the illustrations. You adjust every page until it matches your story precisely, and nothing goes to print without your final approval.

Composing the book takes about fifteen minutes. Printing and shipping then take 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. If you're giving the book for a specific date (gold anniversary, parents' wedding anniversary), allow two to three weeks of margin between the order and the day.

They are only used to compose the illustrated portraits. They are erased immediately after, never kept, never shared. You can also delete the portraits from your account space, or keep them to create other books.
